It all started back in 1996; Paul and Di had a vision to create a service company with a genuine care factor for providing total solutions to their customers. Their passion was for service excellence in every area; from the presentation of the technician, the quality of the repair, the look of the invoice and every detail in between.
And so ProVend was born; the home dining room became the office, and the first service vehicle purchased with the last of their savings; an old Escort Van – which needed more repairs than the machines!
Over twenty years in business have seen us experience huge learning curves, and many, many changes. The constant has been the passion; to provide service excellence and a genuine care factor for each and every customer’s situation.
Today, a much larger team of passionate people help us provide that same level of service excellence. Our clients include many small to medium ‘Mum and Dad’ businesses as well as larger companies including Pepsico, DiBella, Nespresso & Nestle.
